This is where we explore possibilities. Sketches, mood boards, site analysis - figuring out what could work before getting too attached to any single idea.
Now we're getting serious. Detailed drawings, material selections, working through the technical stuff. Lots of back-and-forth here.
Construction docs, permits, contractor coordination. We're there through the build making sure what gets built matches what we designed.
We know this city. The neighborhoods, the building codes, the heritage committees, the contractors who actually show up on time. That local knowledge? It matters more than you'd think.
